As Co-Founder and CTO at Welcome Technology Corporation, I led the development of a next-generation restaurant payment/POS platform. This platform provided greater transparency in payment processing, enhanced operational efficiency, and reduced reliance on costly third-party plugins.

Led the development of a comprehensive messaging framework for Redaptive’s capital team, focusing on Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) and financing solutions. By aligning financing and sustainability goals, new clearer messaging enables Redaptive to offer flexible, scalable solutions tailored to diverse customer needs. Key concepts include smart metering technology, off-balance-sheet financing, and customised partner marketing materials.

At Chain Asset Management Solutions, I led the development of a Global Auction Marketplace tailored for highly regulated industries. This platform facilitated the compliant sale and remarketing of high-value assets, ensuring adherence to strict export controls and regulatory requirements. The solution provided a seamless, secure, and efficient auction process, leveraging advanced technologies for identity verification, payment processing, and real-time bidding.

Partnered with a seed-stage startup to co-develop the world’s first digital Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for additive manufacturing. This project showcased the integration of real-time data and production management for 3D printing.

Leveraged a GE-first "Entrepreneur in Residence" approach - hiring "disruptive" industry leaders to challenge existing ways of working. Highlighted GE's stale eCommerce offerings, rapidly iterating to deliver  a repeatable COTS-powered eCommerce offering that address the most complex industrial -centric use cases.

Focusing on Shoreline Railroad (GE Transportation) and MRO (GE Aviation) to deliver 3D interactive parts explorers select partners 90 days, challenging existing ways of working and driving new engagement.

As part of cross-functional tam, my team and I provided ETL services for GE's first commercial data science initiative. These efforts yielded statistical and machine learning models to optimise the placement of imaging centers, resulting in a significant boost ($1B+ New Pipeline) to GE’s healthcare operations.

During my tenure on GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, I conducted audits across 10 + countries, focusing on network security, M&A, and compliance with export-controlled technologies. I spearheaded the development of GE’s first Product Security Maturity Model, now integrated into NIST 800-53.

At GE Capital EMEA, I led the re-platforming of a mission-critical credit decisioning engine, which handled over $1B in daily credit decisions. The project involved migrating from IBM Websphere to JBoss, ensuring zero downtime during the transition.
